  Description

  Barbara Willer was appointed to serve the remainder of Jeff Cogen's term as District 2 Commissioner in March 2010. Cogen had been appointed to serve in the vacancy created by the appointment of then County Chair Ted Wheeler to State Treasurer, after the death of Ben Westlund on March 7, 2010.
