Series contains a number of aerial photography runs. It primarily consists of 8x8 black and white prints showing date, number of run, and date and time of run. There are also three boxes of glass negatives from 1965-1968. Some include annotations.

Bridge approach photographs, 1955 - 1960
Series provides visual documentation of the approaches to the Morrison and Hawthorne Bridges. Includes mostly black and white 8x10 prints, but also includes a few 9x9 prints. There are indexes to most of the photographs. Images include street scenes, buildings, advertising, aerial views – all in the vicinity of the two bridges, Water Street, Belmont Street, Morrison Street, Third Street, Madison Street, Grand Avenue, and MLK Boulevard (was Union Avenue).

This collection includes digital copies of the personal records of members of the Pratt family. These are photographs, documents, ephemera, and artifacts. The bulk of the collection focuses on Ard Pratt, Sr., but also includes records related to Martin Pratt, Ard Pratt, Jr., Berdie Pratt, and Agness Pratt (Ard Sr. wife). The records document both personal activities and activities performed as members of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

Series of 11x14 black and white photographs of county roadmaster, public engineers, and department heads. Photos are matted with a descriptive card showing name, title and dates of service. Series hung on the second floor of the Yeon Building since at least 2004 and were removed to storage in 2020.
